I want to preface this review by saying I am not someone who writes these lightly. I’ve had extensive dental work done throughout my life from crowns, a full implant, previous orthodontic work. I’ve sat through procedures that were genuinely traumatic, including feeling every stitch during my implant recovery. I know what bad dental experiences feel like, and I’ve had plenty of them at practices across Southern California. Which is exactly why I need everyone to know about Dr. Joelle and Dr. Shawn.What sets this practice apart isn’t just skill it’s that they genuinely love what they do. They’ve invested in exceptional technology, they communicate every step of the process clearly, and they treat you like a person, not a patient number. Their staff carries the same energy: warm, responsive, and attentive every single visit. On top of that, they’ve clearly thought about every aspect of your experience, including your time. My wisdom teeth recovery was quick enough that it barely disrupted my life, and my entire Invisalign treatment has been trackable virtually, removing the need for monthly maintenance appointments, just real progress I could follow from my phone.My migraines have significantly reduced. Correcting my bite has touched every part of my daily life from the way I eat to the way I sleep to my facial structure. I didn’t know how much I was compensating until I didn’t have to anymore. And for the first time in my life, I actually trust my dental team.

Them and the entire team displayed unparalleled professionalism, skill, and care throughout my appointments.Day one I had my wisdom teeth removed in what seemed like a flash. I was never swollen or even sore from the procedure. I was back to work the next day with no issues at all. Day two I had my front four teeth replaced with veneers. This has been something I’ve putoff for a while due to cost and fear of the procedure but The Smile Spa excelled in both cost and the explanation of the process. Ive never felt more at home in a dentists chair.The clinic is modern, spotless, and equipped with the latest technology, which only adds to the sense of trust and confidence you feel as a patient. The personalized treatment plan was tailored specifically to my needs, and the results have been nothing short of phenomenal. My smile has never looked better!I wholeheartedly give The Smile Spa an 11/10 rating for their outstanding service, expertise, and genuine care for their patients. "Dentist" nor "Doctor" seems an honorable enough title for this wife/husband team!! I had the PLEASURE of having a veneer-cracking emergency, as it led me to Dr. Joelle. Prepare for a beyond-pleasant staff, lovely and sunny views from the chair (*weather permitting), and most importantly (*to me) PERFECTION and PRIDE in her work. She/The team offer many other services as well, all competitively priced. I declare her my new Mouth Wizard (*working title) for life. I had a fantastic experience at The Smile Spa! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable right away, which is not always easy at the dentist!Dr. Joelle was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. Not only was the exam top-notch, but she also gave me great recommendations for at-home care to keep my teeth healthy between visits. Here is a dental office where you can go and lay down any fears you have about visiting a dentist,. The Smile Spa, with its state of the art CT machine, imagery techniques, crown and cap matching labs, ensures perfect outcomes. But above and beyond these amenities, is the gentle touch of Dr. Joelle and Dr. Sean ( a marriage of dentists) and their lovely assistants who are completely there for you in an un-rushed, clean state of the art office . I have had cleanings and dental work -which has far exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend!

This place transformed my smile! I had an old veneer that needed replacing, discoloration and it had been a long time since I’d been to the dentist. I was scared, but The Smile Spa made it so easy. Everyone is so warm and professional. They go over all costs with you before doing any work, so you’re never hit with a surprise. You can also finance through them if something is costly.I will never go to another dentist. It’s been so long since I’ve been able to smile so confidently.

I was visiting from out of town when I suddenly had a dental emergency. I couldnt be more grateful to have found the smile spa. I was in such immense pain and dr joelle and dr shawn saved the day. They saw me the same day and I got two crowns done.They were efficient, kind and made the process so seamless. I could not recommend coming here enough. Was recommended smile spa by a friend towards the end of 2024. I ended up getting full top and bottom veneers & I was over the moon with them. I have a lot of friends with veneers and I would confidently say mine look better. I have also kept up all my standard maintenance at the smile spa and the service is amazing. Highly recommend, especially if the dentist is something you fear.

Dr. Joelle did a phenomenal job on my porcelain veneers! The staff is extremely helpful, kind, and efficient. I received quality care and my hand made veneers were complete within a week! This was very important because I am an out of state patient and was able to fly in and out same day of treatment. Sending my mother for full mouth implants next month!

Dr. Shawn was super nice! I came in because of a postcard flyer that I received in the mail. I made an in-person appointment and they gave a very thorough quote on invisalign and veneers. The suite is beautiful, sparkling white. It was a whole wonderful experience and everyone there was so incredibly friendly!

This was the first time I went to see this Specialist for my crowning and filing. The Dr. did a phenomenal job and did it to perfection. The office staff were more cooperative and gentle in providing the required support services. Overall I would rave about this facility to all my close friends and family.
