I recently visited The Smile Spa in Agoura Hills, and I can't emphasize enough how exceptional my experience was. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The Dental Duo of Dr. Joelle Abed Elahad and Dr. Shawn Nguyen can take care of any need you might have when it comes to teeth. Them and the entire team displayed unparalleled professionalism, skill, and care throughout my appointments.Day one I had my wisdom teeth removed in what seemed like a flash. I was never swollen or even sore from the procedure. I was back to work the next day with no issues at all. Day two I had my front four teeth replaced with veneers. This has been something I’ve putoff for a while due to cost and fear of the procedure but The Smile Spa excelled in both cost and the explanation of the process. Ive never felt more at home in a dentists chair.The clinic is modern, spotless, and equipped with the latest technology, which only adds to the sense of trust and confidence you feel as a patient. The personalized treatment plan was tailored specifically to my needs, and the results have been nothing short of phenomenal. My smile has never looked better!I wholeheartedly give The Smile Spa an 11/10 rating for their outstanding service, expertise, and genuine care for their patients. "Dentist" nor "Doctor" seems an honorable enough title for this wife/husband team!! I had the PLEASURE of having a veneer-cracking emergency, as it led me to Dr. Joelle. Prepare for a beyond-pleasant staff, lovely and sunny views from the chair (*weather permitting), and most importantly (*to me) PERFECTION and PRIDE in her work. She/The team offer many other services as well, all competitively priced. I declare her my new Mouth Wizard (*working title) for life. A trillion thank yous to Mouth Wizard Joelle and her kind and talented team for my two front teeth. ...Mouth Santa? I'll keep working on it.

I had a fantastic experience at The Smile Spa! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable right away, which is not always easy at the dentist!Dr. Joelle was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. Not only was the exam top-notch, but she also gave me great recommendations for at-home care to keep my teeth healthy between visits. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients’ long-term dental care.I came in for a regular cleaning and whitening and left with amazing results and a smile.

This place transformed my smile! I had an old veneer that needed replacing, discoloration and it had been a long time since I’d been to the dentist. I was scared, but The Smile Spa made it so easy. Everyone is so warm and professional. They go over all costs with you before doing any work, so you’re never hit with a surprise. You can also finance through them if something is costly.I will never go to another dentist. It’s been so long since I’ve been able to smile so confidently.

Was recommended smile spa by a friend towards the end of 2024. I ended up getting full top and bottom veneers & I was over the moon with them. I have a lot of friends with veneers and I would confidently say mine look better. I have also kept up all my standard maintenance at the smile spa and the service is amazing. Highly recommend, especially if the dentist is something you fear.

Dr. Joelle did a phenomenal job on my porcelain veneers! The staff is extremely helpful, kind, and efficient. I received quality care and my hand made veneers were complete within a week! This was very important because I am an out of state patient and was able to fly in and out same day of treatment. Sending my mother for full mouth implants next month!

Dr. Shawn was super nice! I came in because of a postcard flyer that I received in the mail. I made an in-person appointment and they gave a very thorough quote on invisalign and veneers. The suite is beautiful, sparkling white. It was a whole wonderful experience and everyone there was so incredibly friendly!

I’ve had bad dental experiences in the past and did not want to go to the dentist. I broke a tooth so had no choice. My daughter in law and grandson had been to the Smile Spa and had a great experience so I called them for an appointment. I decided to do full mouth restoration to address all at one time. I had surgery 2 weeks ago. Extracted 3 teeth, 6 implants, sinus lift and bone graft. Got my stitches out today. A couple of days of discomfort was all!! Dr. Nguyen is amazing! Luz, his assistant made me feel comfortable. Looking forward to next steps with Dr.Joelle Elahad! All staff is wonderful! Highly recommend!!

I have had the most wonderful dental experience of my life. I have been fortunate to have come across The Smile Spa during my researching dental implants. When I arrived I was greeted by two remarkable women receptionists. They were as friendly, personable and knowledgeable as I could have asked for. They answered all my questions and made me comfortable which for me is extremely difficult because I am deathly afraid of dentists,because of some bad experiences I’ve had in the past.I was ushered into an examine room where I was greeted by a lab assistant who took x-rays with a handheld devise I was more more comfortable with rather than the large machines I’ve always been frightened of because of my fear of radiation. After the x-rays were completed four medically clad people into the room. They were all very personable and friendly and again made me at ease.Dr. Sean did everything necessary to prepare the implant explaining every detail to me as he evaluated and prepared me for the implant after having previously placed a temporary device onto my tooth. Everything was completed with a half hour and I made an appointment for two week to have the implant done. Each of these people were extremely knowledgeable, comforting and pleasant.The cost of my services and the implant was very reasonable after I had done the cost research. I received services from soup to nuts and couldn’t have been Moore pleased. To make this even better the offices were state of the art, beautiful and warming. Thanks Dr. Sean, Dr. Elehad and staff for this marvelous experience.I wrote the above after I had one of those brand meeting and First getting my preparation for an implant, Yesterday I went into finally get my implant placed. I was anxious, thinking it could be painful even thinking about the possibility of going under anesthesia. However, I always told it wouldn’t be any pain. Just a little pressure and I shouldn’t waste my money on anesthesia. So I would reluctantly, if our doctor Shawn Nguyen to do the procedure after he explained it all to me. He had his sister explained everything as they were doing the procedure me and they can be confident that it was going to be very simple process for within 20 minutes. The implant is placed and tested for comfort and compatibility with the rest of my teeth. Everything was perfect, including my bite and the feeling of having the implant was certainly nice after having almost 2 years to have completed not the cost of anything they did, but because I was sick for all that time it was unable to have Dental workBut it was completed. Dr. Shawn stayed and talk to me for around 20 minutes describing why he and his wife Started their practice and have continued it all this time. They are exceptionally warm, brilliant, and among other things have done things for their community as well as internationally through the Mercy Ship.I am proud that these wonderful doctors decided to open their practice in our community and that they have done more than enough to make their mark in the dental world. After everything was done, I was greeted by one of the most enjoyable receptionist who expresse her concerns about my two-year illness, and how thrilled they were, I was finally well enough to complete the procedure and also that I was feeling so well.Steven Eichberg, Esquire

For years, I’ve been afraid of going to the dentist as anything beyond a cleaning has always been an issue for years. .Many times I couldn’t get through trying to even get a filling.Smile Spa has state of the art instruments and the ability to put me under a twilight so that when I wake up my teeth are done and the idea of having to come back for everything one appointment at a time has been alleviated.I can’t tell you what a relief it has been to know that my teeth are taken care of.Aside from the fact that Dr. Joal and her husband are extremely knowledgeable and such amazing Dentists, they are kind and gentle and truly concerned .And further, their staff is amazing.From the office to everyone.It is a friendly environment, The office is exceptionally clean and beautiful.I brought my son so that he may continue to use them as his Dentist as well.
