I have had the most wonderful dental experience of my life. I have been fortunate to have come across The Smile Spa during my researching dental implants. When I arrived I was greeted by two remarkable women receptionists. They were as friendly, personable and knowledgeable as I could have asked for. They answered all my questions and made me comfortable which for me is extremely difficult because I am deathly afraid of dentists,because of some bad experiences I’ve had in the past.I was ushered into an examine room where I was greeted by a lab assistant who took x-rays with a handheld devise I was more more comfortable with rather than the large machines I’ve always been frightened of because of my fear of radiation. After the x-rays were completed four medically clad people into the room. They were all very personable and friendly and again made me at ease.Dr. Sean did everything necessary to prepare the implant explaining every detail to me as he evaluated and prepared me for the implant after having previously placed a temporary device onto my tooth. Everything was completed with a half hour and I made an appointment for two week to have the implant done. Each of these people were extremely knowledgeable, comforting and pleasant.The cost of my services and the implant was very reasonable after I had done the cost research. I received services from soup to nuts and couldn’t have been Moore pleased. To make this even better the offices were state of the art, beautiful and warming. Thanks Dr. Sean, Dr. Elehad and staff for this marvelous experience.I wrote the above after I had one of those brand meeting and First getting my preparation for an implant, Yesterday I went into finally get my implant placed. I was anxious, thinking it could be painful even thinking about the possibility of going under anesthesia. However, I always told it wouldn’t be any pain. Just a little pressure and I shouldn’t waste my money on anesthesia. So I would reluctantly, if our doctor Shawn Nguyen to do the procedure after he explained it all to me. He had his sister explained everything as they were doing the procedure me and they can be confident that it was going to be very simple process for within 20 minutes. The implant is placed and tested for comfort and compatibility with the rest of my teeth. Everything was perfect, including my bite and the feeling of having the implant was certainly nice after having almost 2 years to have completed not the cost of anything they did, but because I was sick for all that time it was unable to have Dental workBut it was completed. Dr. Shawn stayed and talk to me for around 20 minutes describing why he and his wife Started their practice and have continued it all this time. They are exceptionally warm, brilliant, and among other things have done things for their community as well as internationally through the Mercy Ship.I am proud that these wonderful doctors decided to open their practice in our community and that they have done more than enough to make their mark in the dental world. After everything was done, I was greeted by one of the most enjoyable receptionist who expresse her concerns about my two-year illness, and how thrilled they were, I was finally well enough to complete the procedure and also that I was feeling so well.Steven Eichberg, Esquire

The Smile Spa has been a great experience for me! I had to have my wisdom teeth out that I had been putting off for at least a year, and I came into the office as a new patient. Dr. Joelle gave me a thorough breakdown of my x-rays and made me feel extremely comfortable about the entire process. Dr. Shawn completed the procedure a week later, and it was much simpler and easier than I expected! Made a full recovery in less than a week. Not to mention they are extremely personable and it feels like they genuinely care about you as a patient and as a person! 10/10 would recommend them to any family and friends, easily one of the best dentist experiences I’ve had! Love The Smile Spa. The two dentists are great and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. We were crushed and happy at the same time when our former dentist retired, yes you saw that right, he was my uncle so we're happy that he's retired, much deserved. Crushed because we know finding a good dentist is hard and we did see another dentist in between and that was a very unpleasant experience. Eventually we were introduced to The Smile Spa and now our whole family here in SoCal is being taken care of by them. My dad even got implants done there and I've never seen him more confident when smiling.We don't exactly live in the area but for the care and expertise, the drive is well worth it for us. Besides, I'm out voted by my little bosses anyways as my daughter thinks Dr. Joelle is awesome and my son thinks their office 3D printer and scanners are amazing gadgets. See ya'll for my cleaning soon!

I LOVE going to the Smile Spa!! Every time I go, I feel so welcome from the moment I walk in the door and through my entire visit! The check-in process was easy and seamless. The first time I was treated there I filled out a form where they asked about my history, which I so appreciated - it's clear they want to make sure to get to know you (and your oral health) well so they can provide great treatment! Their assistant was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Taking X-rays was so easy and quick! Dr. Joelle explained everything she saw and what her recommendations were. When I returned to get my cavities filled, she made sure I was comfortable during the entire treatment! She even followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was feeling okay. I did not feel any pain during the visit at all, and afterwards felt good as new! Dr. Joelle, Dr. Shawn, and the entire staff make it an amazing dental experience every time I'm here! They really treated me like family! Highly recommend!!

The Smile Spa is by far the most beautiful, clean, and professional office I've ever been to. Everyone there is extremely friendly, compassionate, and proficient at their jobs. The atmosphere and the kind staff at this office really helped ease any anxiety that I did have coming in to get dental work done. I had to get x-rays, an exam, 4 fillings, and a cleaning. It was a lot of work, and I've never had fillings done before. Dr. Shawn, Dr. Joelle, and the rest of the staff at The Smile Spa helped make the entire process really seamless and as comfortable as possible. I was afraid of the numbing injections, but Dr. Shawn was so gentle that the shots were practically painless. I was beyond surprised, because I've had really painful injections done at other offices in the past (I'm sure many of us have). We also discussed Invisalign treatment, and I was able to get Botox injected into the masseter muscle to help with teeth clenching. Everything was done right there at The Smile Spa! No need to hop around to different offices. I normally can barely drag myself into a dental office, let alone going to two additional places to get Invisalign and Botox. The Smile Spa makes it so easy to get everything done that you need done. If it's related to dental health, they do it all right there! I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I'm so thankful I found them. It's really a unique experience. I'm looking forward to coming back to get my Invisalign trays!

Dr. Joelle & Dr. Shawn are the most professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and well-rounded dentist I have ever met. They truly are specialists of their craft! I came in to get my wisdom teeth removed, an exam and cleaning. Dr. Joelle numbed me and it was painless. Dr. Shawn had my wisdom teeth out within two minutes or less. The Smile Spa delivers the most cutting edge dental technology and is so updated on modern dentistry. The office was clean, organized and the staff were extremely welcoming and comforting. I am really picky about my teeth and Dr. Joelle always seems to exceed on perfectionism. Nestor, their dental assistant, was very helpful in reducing my fear of getting my teeth removed. I would honestly recommend all my family and friends to come to The Smile Spa. I’ve been to many offices and I’m so happy and relieved I found them. I will start by saying I am the "I hate the dentist" person. After a traumatic childhood dental experience, I have avoided to my best ability. I broke a molar and was in significant discomfort and took straight to google/local Mom's groups for referrals. Smile Spa came up and after reading all the reviews, I was sold. I was SO anxious. I had to force myself into the appointment. The team from the front office all the way through the x-ray process made me feel like I was talking to friends or visiting a routine salon appointment.Fast forward to meeting Dr. Joelle and Dr. Shawn and I was immediately at ease. Learned that the tooth I broke was actually my wisdom teeth and had to immediately have them removed within a few days. Here I am one day "post-op" on a deep cleaning and all four wisdom teeth extractions and I can easily say the experience was phenomenal. I will no longer put off going to the dentist as I have found my safe haven! The recovery I am experiencing is nothing like that of peers or family members who have had wisdom teeth removed as an adult, which is an absolute testament to the skill of Dr. Shawn.An absolute heartfelt thank you to all at The Smile Spa that truly left me smiling when all I wanted to do was run beforehand!

Like everyone, I deeply dislike going to the dentist. However, today I walked out of the dentist literally feeling more relaxed than before I walked in.Here’s why: First, the office staff is so unbelievably kind and helpful. They ran my insurance before I came in and again when I was at the office to avoid any surprise bills for me. In this economy, that diligent checking is a huge relief.The office itself is in a new, fresh building. Parking was a breeze. I was seen immediately and everyone was so, so lovely.The X-rays were not your traditional X-Rays where you sit panicking and sweating under a lead vest for what seems like hours as the tech leaves the room to take the picture.They have the newest, latest technology so the x-rays are far less stressful than the outdated techniques.The room I was in was beautiful. Light, airy. Big window with a view of trees and the mountains. So much better than those sad, sickly, dreary spaces I was used to.And best of all? The chair you sit in during the cleaning was a massage chair with heat!!The dentist, Dr. Joelle Abed Elahad, is a true gift to the practice and dental patients everywhere! I felt so secure and she was so fast and so gentle at the same time. I’ve been in a lot of medical offices and I only wish half the doctors I saw were as compassionate.10/10 could not recommend more. See you all in six months!

I recently had a follow-up visit with Dr Nguyen for my front tooth implant. First of all I LOVE their office space. It seems more like an ad agency than a medical office. Very edgy/inviting. My overall experience today was, once again absolutely delightful. Christine greeted me at the front desk and helped me breeze through some forms. Nestor then took some x-rays/scans. Both were courteous and professional. Then Dr Nguyen put me at immediate ease -- explaining the procedure for the day, his approach, and what I should expect. He then numbed me up nicely and methodically took care of business. I was in and out probably 45 minutes. He said all went well. And... I felt virtually no pain. On my way out Sadie, who was covering the front desk booked me a follow up appointment, then showed me to the elevator. All in all, a wonderful visit. Thx Dr Shawn! You and your entire staff ROCKS!

Smile Spa is a beautiful office (elegant, clean, and very fancy). Love that every exam room has big windows over looking the luscious green mountain backdrop, what a view to get your teeth cleaned!The atmosphere is very inviting, welcoming, and attentive. Staff and doctors (Dr. Shawn Nguyen and Dr. Joelle Elahad) are so kind and easy to talk to you. The staff always does their best to accommodate my schedule. Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Elahad are truly the best with years of experience and are absolute professionals at what they do. I could not trust a better team!Have had great experiences with every visit!

It was very easy to setup and schedule.Once inside the office Sadie checked me in and got all the forms and insurance information filled out immediately.The next thing I had done was a 3D picture of mouth and jaw area. Quite impressive.Doctor Joelle took her time and explained my xrays in detail,giving me my options and her professional opinion.Without a doubt I scheduled a second appointment to follow through with my dental needs.If you are looking for a clean,professional dentist office this is the one!
